I recently had to leave my dog, Bella, at a boarding facility while I went on holiday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had at this lovely place! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to give Bella a thorough tour of the facility, which immediately put my mind at ease. The kennels were clean and spacious, with plenty of room for her to move around, and I loved that they had outdoor play areas. Bella absolutely thrived here! I received regular updates and photos, and it was clear she was having a blast playing with other dogs. The only slight downside was that the facility could be a bit tricky to find initially, but once you're there, it's worth every effort. I can confidently say that I will be using this service again in the future and would recommend it to any pet owner looking for a safe and fun place for their furry friend when they're away!

As a first-time pet parent, I was quite anxious about leaving my cat, Whiskers, at a boarding service. However, my worries faded as soon as I walked into this facility. The staff was so knowledgeable and caring, they answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. I loved how they have separate areas for different types of pets, which creates a peaceful environment. Whiskers had the comfiest little nook to curl up in, and I was so pleased to see he had access to playtime as well! I was sent regular updates, which was a lovely touch; it really made a difference knowing he was being well looked after. One small suggestion: it would have been nice if the updates included video clips, as I would have loved to see him in action. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place to anyone needing pet boarding; it’s clear that they truly care about the animals in their care. I’ll definitely be bringing Whiskers back!

I’ve boarded my dog, Coco, here a couple of times now, and while I've had a mostly positive experience, there are just a few things I think could be improved. The staff are very friendly and genuinely seem to care about the pets they look after. The play areas are spacious and well-maintained, which is great for dogs to run around and socialise. I particularly appreciate how they provide a detailed report on Coco’s stay when I pick her up, including how much she ate and how she interacted with other dogs. However, during my last visit, I noticed the waiting area could use some extra seating, as it was a bit cramped when picking up my dog. All in all, we’ve had positive experiences here, and I will continue to use them for Coco’s boarding needs.

Our experience with boarding our two dogs here was simply wonderful! From the initial inquiry through to pick-up, the staff exuded professionalism and genuine care. The facility is well-kept, with ample room for the dogs to roam and play. I loved the fact that they have both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing the dogs to enjoy fresh air while still being safe. What impressed me the most was how they organised playgroups, making sure the dogs were well-matched in temperament, which is so important for their safety and comfort. I did wish that the facility provided a bit more detail about their daily activities in the updates, as we were very curious about what our pups were up to each day. Still, it was clear they had a fantastic time! We will definitely be returning whenever we need to board them again.
